• Ensure the possession of public liability insurance

To maintain standards we continuously appraise our tradespeople making certain they keep their promise to:

• Contact customers within 48hrs of their call to HomeForce (sooner when required)
• Provide a quote / estimate within five working days of surveying a job
• Advise a customer if they will be any more than 10 minutes late
• Execute work to a professional standard including tidying up
