Choose the Property Management service you want and pay only for what you use. Unlike many Edinburgh Property Management companies charges are not based on rental income. We believe our system is fairer and more transparent and can work out cheaper for many property owners. Property Management from £25 / month.

Research has also highlighted that different owners have very different requirements of Property Managers. Our Menu approach to Property Management allows you to select only the services you want, creating a Property Management package that is just right for you. So now you can avoid paying for the services that you never use.

BRONZE SERVICE: £25 / month / Property

  • Key Holding: Hold set of keys for property to enable:
    • Maintenance access. (Providing that maintenance personnel collect and return keys)
    • Access for HFPM personnel if directed by owner
    • Spare keys if others are lost
  • Requests for property repair and maintenance passed to appropriate property maintenance company / ies
  • Maintenance companies or individuals will invoice landlords directly
  • Minimum contract 6 months
  • All other services from HFPM charged at menu costs

SILVER SERVICE: £65 / Month / Property

  • As Bronze Service PLUS
  • Quarterly property inspections and reports
  • Quarterly account statements
  • Up to 1.5hrs / month of HFPM time to carry out tasks as requested (hours do not roll over from one month to next and do not include any tradesman time)
  • Minimum Contract 12 months
  • All other services charged at menu costs

GOLD SERVICE: £120 / month / Property

  • As Bronze Service PLUS
  • Up to 3 hrs per month of HFPM time to carry out tasks as required (hours do not roll over from one month to next and do not include any tradesman time)
  • Quarterly property inspection and report
  • Tenant search
    • Photographing property, drafting suitable text for approval, preparation of ads, booking of space / placing of ads
    • Placement of ads (Cost of any ad space, charged at cost + 10%)
    • Viewings
    • Administration of reference checks (Costs charged at cost + 10%)
  • Management of rental Income & deposits
  • Preparation and signing of Short Assured Tenancy Agreement
  • Assessment of property prior to tenancy.
  • Quarterly statements
  • Minimum contract 12 months
